Here at Up Mobility, I am dedicated to improving the mobility of Seniors,

helping you to get UP in the morning, stay standing UP through the day,

lifting UP your spirits through improved confidence and well being.

Up Mobility delivers fun and engaging private or group programs that give seniors: 

  • greater confidence in yourself and your ability to move about

  • the basic fitness required to stay living independently at home

  • improved balance, strength and flexibility to reduce falls and other injuries

  • fun engagement with fellow seniors when participating in group activities.

I cover anywhere within 30 minutes of the Brisbane CBD.  If in doubt, give me a call!


My Story

My name is Sylvi and I've been caring for seniors for over 14 years. I've seen first hand how vital it is to maintain a good level of fitness at every age.  

I'm passionate about fun fitness for seniors, improving mobility and balance, to lift confidence and spirits, and reduce the likelihood of falling. 


This is a serious subject, but my group classes and personal in-home sessions are fun and inclusive for everyone.


Services at Facilities or in your Home

I offer friendly fun fitness for seniors, delivered by a qualified experienced instructor, either privately in your home, or for groups within an Aged Care Facility, or at a Church or Community location.


My programs typically run for 45 minutes, and are tailored to meet your specific requirements for private sessions,  or taking into account the needs of the seniors under your care for group sessions.

I cover locations generally within 30 minutes of the Brisbane CBD.

  • Certified Functional Ageing and Exercise Trainer

  • Tai Chi for Fall Prevention & Arthritis

  • Certified Level 1 Yoga Teacher

  • Certified LV Chair Yoga Teacher

  • Certificate III Home & Community Care

  • Certificate III Fitness

  • Certificate IV Leisure & Lifestyle

  • CPR and First Aid Certificate.

I am full member of Yoga Australia, and I carry Fitness Combined Liability Insurance.
